Steve hosted the switch-on of the Christmas lights at one of London’s biggest shopping destinations Westfield Stratford City and interviewed the special guest RIHANNA onstage in front of an audience of over 10,000 excited, and slightly chilly fans.
Contrary to what this photo suggests, the pair sadly did not perform a duet of ‘Baby It’s Cold Outside’ but Rihanna said she would happily go Christmas shopping with Steve afterwards, although this proved to be a lie when she was whizzed off for a second concert in the capital that night straight after she serenaded the crowd with her number one Diamonds. You can see Steve counting down to the Christmas switch-on with Rihanna in the clip reel below.
Steve’s been throwing another tasty shrimp on his career barbie in the form of appearing on Australia’s big brekky show Sunrise on Channel 7. He’s popping up as their UK Entertainment Reporter, and recently was sent to interview Jenny from the Block, taking care to not be scared by the rocks that she’s got. Steve was one of only two sit-down interviews J-Lo gave backstage straight after she got off stage at the O2 Arena where she’d played for 2 hours. She still manages to look the far more glamorous of the two.
Steve’s had a busy few months working with some great faces on some exciting projects. He’s been lucky enough to hang with Grand Slam champion and UK Olympic Gold Medalist Andy Murray and his family, working for an upcoming documentary. Here’s Steve pretending the crowds in Dunblane packed out the streets to see him. The real reason they were there may possibly be that tall lad behind him signing autographs. But don’t tell Steve.
